APAL LLC ("we," "us") is an accounting firm based in Rancho Murieta, California, run by Tony Pisarenko (CTEC Registered Tax Preparer #A334694). This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website, trustapal.com. It does not cover information you share with us as a client through other channels, which is protected by professional confidentiality obligations.
The only information this website collects directly is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list, send you newsletters, or contact you about anything unrelated to what you asked.
This website is hosted by Netlify, and contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf. Netlify may also collect standard server logs (such as IP addresses) as part of operating the hosting service. You can read Netlify's own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers when the page loads.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. The only parties with access to your form submissions are APAL LLC and Netlify, our form processor.
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and follow up if you become a client. If you would like a submission deleted sooner, just ask.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tony@trustapal.com and we will respond promptly.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. As described above, we collect only what you submit through the contact form, we do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email tony@trustapal.com.
If we change how this website handles your information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
